The experience at Hatfield Audi was good because from the very first interaction Charley exceeded our expectations. My son called with a general enquiry after we had "built" the car I wanted online. We were offered a test drive same day. Charley was there to greetvus within minutes even though we arrived early whilst he was having his lunch. He was warm and friendly throughout our drive and very knowledgeable about the car. So much so that I went ahead and purchased the car that I test drove on the same day! I had relflective questions the next day, again I was kept up to date and Charley delivered on his promise to send me a video of the boot and spare wheel arrangements. On collection day I had a brand new car experience even though I had purchased a like new used car. I felt very special and was also surprised with champaign. I am now retired but worked for a large corporate organisation for 38 years so can say with absolute confidence that Charley Bennett is a credit to Audi Hatfield and went above and beyond my customer expectations.
